This policy explains how we at EMA Plast handle and protect the information of individuals who visit the emaplast.com.tr website, as well as the principles that guide our actions.
Our approach to privacy is simple: We do not request information we do not need, and we use the information we do request only for the purposes we specify.

2. What information do we collect?
You can browse our website without providing any information. You can view products, read technical specifications, and browse the catalog.
Information is collected only when you fill out a form:
- Contact form — first name, last name, email, phone number, your message
- Quote form — first name, last name, email, phone number, company name, and the products you’re requesting
- Career form — first and last name, contact information, and your resume

3. Information We Do Not Collect
In the interest of transparency, we would also like to specify what our website does not do:
- There is no membership system. We do not create accounts for visitors, nor do we store passwords.
- We do not accept payments. Credit card, bank, or billing information is never requested or stored at any stage.
- We do not create profiles. We do not automatically evaluate or score your behavior.
- Data is not sold. Under no circumstances is your information sold, rented, or transferred to third parties as a marketing list.
- No unsolicited emails are sent. You will not receive any advertisements, promotional messages, or newsletters without your explicit consent.
4. How do we use your information?
We use the information you provide to us solely to fulfill your request: to prepare your quote, answer your question, or evaluate your application.
Access to your information is limited within the company to only those individuals responsible for handling that specific request. In the admin panel, the sections each user can access are individually authorized; not everyone can view all data.
5. Sharing of Information
We share your data only with our hosting and email infrastructure providers as necessary for the provision of the service, and upon a lawful request from authorized public institutions in accordance with legal procedures. Details are provided in the relevant section of the KVKK Information Notice.
6. Security of Your Information
Some of the technical measures we implement to protect your data include:

| Form security | All forms include Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) protection and a bot filter |
| File validation | The type, size, and actual content of uploaded files are verified; inappropriate files are rejected |
| Separation of duties | Panel users have access only to the sections required for their tasks |
| Activity Log | Changes made in the panel are logged with details of who made them, when, and what information was recorded |
| Secret management | Database and email passwords are stored in a separate, protected configuration outside the application package |
However, we cannot guarantee that any transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We implement reasonable and up-to-date security measures; we do not make any guarantees of flawless security.
