1. Parties and Acceptance

These terms set forth the rules governing the use of the emaplast.com.tr website operated by EMA Plast (“the Company”).

By visiting the site, viewing its content, or using its forms, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using the site.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is published for the purpose of promoting the Company’s products and production capabilities and providing information.

The Site is not an electronic sales platform. Orders cannot be placed, payments cannot be made, and contracts cannot be formed through it. No content provided on the Site constitutes a binding offer within the meaning of the Turkish Code of Obligations.

3. Request for a Quote

The quote cart and quote form on the Site are merely communication tools designed to allow you to inform us of the products you are interested in.

  • Submitting a quote request does not constitute placing an order and does not bind you in any way.
  • Our receipt of your request does not constitute a sales commitment on the part of the Company.
  • The price, delivery time, minimum order quantity, stock status, and other commercial terms will be specified in a written quote to be sent to you separately.
  • A sales relationship is established only through mutual agreement and the Company’s written approval.

Price information is not published on the website. If you see a price in any medium, it should not be assumed that this is a current offer from the Company.

4. Product Information and Technical Specifications

Product descriptions, dimensions, capacities, packaging quantities, and technical specifications are provided for informational purposes only.

  • Manufacturing tolerances resulting from production processes may exist; the dimensions listed are nominal values.

The website is published in Turkish, English, and Arabic. Translations are provided for convenience.

In the event of any discrepancy between the texts, the Turkish text shall prevail.

These Terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Karaman have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms. Mandatory provisions regarding the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts for individuals acting as consumers remain reserved.
